Custom built bulkheads designed and field tested meeting all requirements of NFPA #58. The bulkhead is constructed of a heavy 3" x 8" x 3/8" rectangular tube saddled and welded between two 4" schedule 40 pipes. The couplings consist of 3000 lbs. forged steel installed in accordance with your specifications. The bulkhead is to be installed in concrete with the pipe legs filled with concrete. Double elbows are required on the front side of the bulkhead to insure a predictable sheer point.
